Jett Water Heater Co., Inc., a spin-off company of IMF International Corporation, started out in 1985 as a division in charge of marketing JETT water heaters and Durabase appliance roller stands.
The company was later on incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a separate company on 24 April 1998.

In the year 2000, Jett Water Heater launched its imported water heaters. The company now offers quality water heaters from around the world - Instant water heaters from Israel, Malaysia & Germany, & commercial storage type heaters from Australia. These imported brands perfectly compliments the Jett water heater brand.
Jett's distribution network now fully covers the entire Philippine archipelago. It has Sales & Service Centers in Baguio City to serve the northern Philippine market, it's head office in Cubao to cover the National Capital Region & its surrounding provinces, in Cebu City for the whole Visayas region, and in Davao City for the emerging Mindanao market.
